1) C-Shell NT, if you want a small but friendly shell to play only Z-Shell
games.
2) OS/7, if you want a tiny shell with no interface at all.
3) Usgard, if you want the most powerful shell in existance with some great
new games coming out.  There are two versions, standard and lite.  If you
are very concerned about the size, just get the lite version.
