I called him a newbie because he felt he was above all of us, and his time was
more valuable.  One of the first things you need to do is read docs, and he
didn't do that.  Many people (including him) say they've read the docs, but
from some obviously missing important knowledge, they haven't.  That's all I
ask that people do...it's not that hard.  He also complained that we didn't
have all sorts of things, some of which we had, and some of which we didn't
need.  I don't like when people just come in and start complaining about that
sort of stuff.  Programming assembly wasn't supposed to be easy, you have to
just live with some of the problems, and nobody forced them to come here.
Basically all I'm saying is that they should read the docs well and try to
make some sample programs to try things out, not just come in and complain.
