It sounds like your calcs on crack. Do any other games have this problem? or
just the game you're making? Are you using the regular putsprite routine or
a modified version? Maybe you might wanna try it with new batteries? Who
knows if this will help or not until you try it... also you might wanna
write a few pixels to the screen buffer and see if theres any problems with
dimming or whatnot. Other than that it might be a problem with the screen
(if it's not just your program) cuz of how you describe it scrolling down
the screen.
