Re: A86: Wierd TI web site?
A small version of Windows was written...called Aurora. Aurora was pretty
impressive but the following limitations must be overcome before it would
be profitable (educationally speaking):
- small, close to ASE
- An icon drawing program
- compatibility with ASM, Basic, and other emulated assembly progs
- practicality
Aurora was good for looks but it fell far short of Ashell in usefulness and
user-friendlyness. IMHO, I think that the time used to program it could be
better spent. But hey, it's your life.
By the way thanks for the April fools prog. I got my best friend with it good!
And my bro almost got his Calculus teacher. You know those attachments to
the teacher's calc's so that they can hook up to a big display on an overhead
projector. Wouldn't it be great to see your message up on an overhead projector!
