No, it doesn't equal out. It saves space with USGARD.  This is because
the shell is only a small part of the memory!  150% of the shell is
still only 1800 bytes, but 8% of the games is about 2000 bytes if your
calculator is nearly full.  USGARD is actually only a 110% size increase
when using the small shell.
