LZ: I2C EEPROM and ZShell programs

 According to Steve Wrobleski:

 >Heh, you can order the part from national for free, along with a shitload
 >of packaging. Im staring at a 16k bit eeprom i also got from them (yes, i
 >said bit, that sucks eh?) It says on the datasheet that the i2c bus can
 >only handle 16k-bits of total storage, but yet there are some 65k-bit

what is the part number on that? (all the ones I looked at they don't
send free samples on (eeproms)

now for the zshell related part:
I haven't looked at it very hard yet, but besides the checksumm, what else
is "special" about zshell programs? (stuff that would need to be
checked/modified if the rest of the program, or if another program is
greated on the calc)
