On the computers that it doesn't work with, is there a modem?  If there is, you
already have 2 com ports in use (the maximum allowed).  I know there are 4 com 
ports, but 1 and 3 share the same something or other as do 2 and 4... the only 
way I got mine to run was to put the modem on 2, the mouse on 1, and reconfigure
the other com port on the back of the computer to 4 and plug it in there.  The
way it's set up, you can use all 3, but you can't use the modem at the same time
as the graph link.
