I once tried a few months ago...
I was trying to communicate with one of those electronic signs (u
know, like those scrolling message boards?) but I don't think that
the signal from the calc was strong enough. I was able to get
something going; just nonsense appeared on the display. Ironically,
it has an 8mHz Z80 processor running it and a SOCKETED PROM stores
the OS, hmm... ;)
In a standard RS-232 link, in what order are the bits sent? Least to
Most significant or Most to Least significant? (1-8 or 8-1?)
