I compressed the level data for Lites Out. now every level takes up 9 bytes
instead of, say, 29 bytes. In total, it saves 1000 bytes. I think it's worth
it, even if I used a poorly written (on my part) decompressor.

Off-topic:
In case anyone wonders what I've been doing lately, I have taken some time off
and have not done much coding lately. I'm going to make Dr. Mario after I
finish Lites Out ][, which I will finish even though I'm sure most of you
don't care. I have been delayed for a while, but I should start working on it
again. if you want to try to find the problem for me I can send you the
source (email me).
and I'm almost ready to release my "secret" project (I'm pretty sure Dr. Mario
will use it, but I'm not sure), but I need replies from my 18.0 beta
testers!!! Hello? are you out there? I sent u guys the new version!
Whatever
