Includes Ndless file association support. Latest version fixes a stack corruption glitch that was causing crashes with new versions of Ndless.

1 frame of input lag, if that, and I took a video to prove it as well. Other emulators feel sluggy compared to this, even non-emulated games do (I don't own a CRT monitor, can't speak for gaming with those.) Whoever programmed it is a bloody genius.
