Description	Free83P is a small RAM program to update your certificate to include the community-created "0005" key which anyone can use to sign their own third-party OS. If you want to install an OS signed with the 0005 key, you just need to run this program once, and its changes will persist after all memory resets and OS transfers. Programs to backup and restore copies of your existing certificate are also included.
