Description	This program takes a string and scrambles it. (pretty self-explanitory). The syntax is scramstr(string,saveas string). The program will then take "string" and scramble it, and save it as "saveas string". It can now support every character even the "_") Check back later for a jumble game I'm working on (halfway there).
