This game is excellent; it's probably the longest-lived game on my calculator. Perhaps I'm just slightly OCD, but I find "Aspirin" infinitely replayable! It's small, simple and very fun. As a previous reviewer said, the menu is a little clunky ([MODE]/[CLEAR] should quit, not [4], but not annoyingly so. Overall: 9.8/10
