“Chutes and Ladders” is certainly original. I have never seen this game on the calc before. Past that, however, it's nothing special. All you do is press [Enter] a lot, see what you roll, and advance along the board. Not my idea of fun, but some people might enjoy it. At least it runs smooth and has no bugs.

Gameplay: 2/10 - Pressing [Enter] is about all you can do
Graphics: 2/10 - C for chutes and L for ladders, that's it
Speed: 8/10 - Runs fast; no bugs that I know of
Size: 8/10 - Less than 2000 bytes. Could be much smaller if the author knew how to optimize though (Taking off end quotes and parenthesis would be a start)
Originality:10/10 - One of a kind, at least

Overall: 5/10 - OK, but nothing special.
