Description

FracCalc is the best fraction calculator "patch" that I have been able to find or create on ticalc.org. It is a program that allows you to input expressions using fractions and will return the answer in both fraction and decimal form. This program has been created and tested on a TI-84+ SE only, if you have a different calculator and this program works (or if it doesn’t!) please send me an e-mail.

This program is an enormous waste of space. For a massive 2500 bytes, the only thing it does is output the answer in fraction and decimal form. The author uses various ASM utilities like CODEX, MemCheck, OnBlock, etc. for useless effects. Not only does this cause the program to run really slow, but it takes up most of the space. Without the fluff, this program can be reduced to a mere 30 bytes. Besides the waste of memory, you can only exit the program by inputting "sin(14200", which is only found in the readme and program description. If you forget that, you'll need to pull out your batteries, which will clear your RAM. ---------------------- Usefulness: 2/10 Size: 0/10 Speed: 0/10 Overall: 0/10 |
