Description
|
TilEm is a Z80 TI emulator (73, 82, 83, 83+, 83+ SE, 84+, 84+ SE, 85, 86) with a GTK+ interface. It fully supports FlashROM, automatic variable linking, external linking through libticables2, and all ROM/OS versions. New in this version: libticables2, backup files, multiple ROMs, improved grayscale, and the usual assortment of minor emulation improvements and bug fixes. (This is the real 0.973. The version I uploaded on January 1 was actually 0.972; I apologize for the confusion.)

I would just like to say that “TilEm” rocks! It is the only emulator I found that will emulate my trusty 84+. It works great, and you can even type in “ALPHA” text with the keyboard while holding the computer’s SHIFT button. I just have a few things I think should be changed. First, you have to reset RAM to load applications. Second, no group support. Third, don't require SHIFT to be held down to activate alpha (maybe pressing TAB could switch the letter keys between button mode and alpha mode). And fourth, move [ON] from the backspace key.
All in all, this program receives a 9/10. |
