Description	Translates .89t files to and from .txt files. Plenty of new features, includes source which compiles on both Windows and Linux, and Windows EXEs, and also has a python script to assist with converting files which you modify both on the computer and on the TI-89, although it doesn't do transfers to or from the TI-89. Has numerous other features which I don't have enough space to mention here. Includes plenty of documentation.
