“TIreport” is a good idea - create a page that displays an individual's files with their information and ranks, and have the information displayed in the table be adjustable by the user. But the complicated setup procedure really detracts from the value of this program. I don't wan't to have to install Perl and an xml to html converter. It's nice that you can email the author to get the xml for your author information page, but that still isn't a finished product without the converter. I just don't think it's worth it unless you already have one of those two things installed.
