A picture editor that contains several functions unique to this program, such as Shade, custom Invert, etc. Also contains in-program and seperate program utilities for converting Pics to lists, and also a list randomizer so when it appears on screen it 'materializes...' Check it out! My thanks again to my friend David White for the materialization idea.
