this program calculatyes the Bilaterla Laplace transform of a given signal (integration from -inf to +inf), the program also calculates the R.O.C (range of convergence) in which the transformation exists, the program was heavily tested and no there are no known bugs. this version (1.2) improves calculation speed and fixes a few bugs. also, in this version, the use of EQW is optional only. you can contact me with any questions, comments or bugs report at : carmeln@ee.bgu.ac.il
