“Topnotch Stopwatch” does exactly what Michael says it does: keep accurate time, and nothing more. I've seen timers that had all the bells and whistles, but added a second every minute. Michael knows better than that. You just fire up the timer from the home screen, and watch 'er fly. It only does one thing, but it does it the best. The only improvements that could be made are the features that could have been added, such as a lap counter, a countdown, or even making it MirageOS/ION compatible. Then again, who knows if that would affect the accuracy? I give this program a 9/10, for being almost the best timer ever.
