You only have one guy to fight, “Glass Joe”. It is pretty easy, but of course “Glass Joe” was easy in the NES and SNES versions. There is a small high score list, but you can't set your name in this demo - it just puts “SET NAME”. All the features from the old systems seems to be there, except that you can't super punch in this demo.

Overall, “Punchout” is pretty good. It is short, but replaying the game is still fun for a while. There is a bit too much detail in the background, which makes it kind of hard to see what is going on. Since it is apparent that the full game is not coming out, this is the best boxing game to get for the TI-83+.

Score: 6/10
