					DESCRIPTION
THE NAME:
KerNO is an intentional misspelling of the work kernel. It also has _several_
	implied meanings...

WHAT'S IN A NAME?:
KerNO provides some features found in current kernels, but it will only allow
nostub programs to be executed. I wrote KerNO because I do not have any
kernel based programs on my calc, but wanted a small program that would
provide the features of a kernel that are relevant to NOSTUB programs.

In the process of writing KerNO, several NEW features which are not found
in current kernels were added. These new features include SPEEDING up the
keyboard, determining if the system heap is corrupt, and providing a fix
for games which slow down when the calculator is turned off and later turned
		back on during game play.

					FEATURES

1. Catches the following errors, which normally cause the calc to crash:
	a. Address Error
	b. Illegal Instruction
	c. Divide By Zero
	d. CHK Instruction
	e. TRAPV Instruction
	f. Privilege Violation* (see notes)
	g. Line 1111 Emulator	(handles all possible AMS 2.04 - AMS 2.09 Line 1111 Instructions)

2. ESC-ON can be used to break out of a program that is not responding.

3. DIAMOND-ON can be pressed to turn the calc off even when the AMS is busy.

4. Speeds up keyboard repeat rates, and decreases the delay before keys are repeated.
This feature is very similar to FastKeyboard (see credits).

5. Fixes the Home Screen when recovering from a crash.

6. Fixes (removes) the slowdown that happens in some games when the calc is turned
back on after being turned off during game play.

7. Checks the heap and informs the user if it has been corrupted. If heap corruption
is detected, it is unlikely that KerNO will successfully recover the error.
Resetting the calculator is highly recommended!

8. The Assembly Language size limit has been effectively raised to
65518 bytes(~64K)(65520 bytes if you want to be technical) for all
AMS versions. NOTE: the size limits set by TI are only present
   on AMS 2.xx.

9. Assembly language programs that return values can be used in expressions
   such as 10/myasmfunc().

10. Provides a custom Line 1111 emulator so that programs written to use
the line 1111 emulator won't crash if they are run on AMS versions
prior to 2.04. All line 1111 instructions found in AMS 2.05 are supported.

				HOW TO USE
**Simply send KerNO to your calculator and run it once to install. To
uninstall, run KerNO a second time. KerNO is designed so that any version of
KerNO can uninstall another version (even newer ones).

*Users with a HW2 and HW3 calculators must install HW3 Patch before using KerNO

**For Hardware Version Two / Three calculators, HW3 Patch *MUST* be installed first.

**KerNO requires AMS 2.xx to work! If the calc has AMS 1.xx installed, upgrade or
	use KerNO version 1.2 instead.

To use the ESC-ON or DIAMOND-ON key combinations, one must first press and *hold*
the modifier key (ESC or DIAMOND); then press and the ON key.
