AIM OF THIS GAME
================
Steer your ball over a three dimensional plain with a lot of holes!

KEYS
====
 * SELECTION SCREEN:
    UP/DOWN: select level
    ENTER: start selected level
    EXIT: Quit game
 * DURING THE GAME:
    LEFT/RIGHT: Move ball... left & right
    UP/DOWN:    Acceleration&'brakes'
    2ND:        Jump
    EXIT:       Quit game
    MORE:       Pause the action
    F1:         Teacher key: save game and warp out

KEYS FOR THE LEVEL EDITOR
=========================
    ARROWS: Move the point
    2ND:    Change between on/off
    CLEAR:  Clear level
    EXIT:   Save&return to shell
    F1:     load an existing level

Note to the name: I looked up the wrong word in the dictionary. Normally, the
