					(SLOT-83)

Thank you for downloading and playing SLOT-83! This program was
designed by Ethan Gordon and Ryan Ours. If you have any questions or
comments feel free to email Ethan at quelkron@netzero.net and Ryan at
distancerunner@email.com. And if you just feel like bugging some one
e-mail Brian@quilhot.net

The key commands in SLOT-83 are very simple! When you start the
program, you will see a menu titled "SLOT MACHINE". You have the choice to
select 1: NEW, 2: CONTINUE, 3: ABOUT, or 4: QUIT. Selection 1 starts a new
game (DUH!), while selection 2 starts where you left off in your last game.
Selection 3 just shows stuff about the program and selection 4 is pretty self-
explanatory.

Once you start a new game, you just hit enter to pull the slot lever. Every
pull subtracts $15 from your current balance. There are a lot of different prizes
you can win. These are as follows:

Random Pot - The calculator either adds or subtracts a random amount of money
to your balance.

Pyramid - Adds $100 dollars to your score.

Pit - Subtracts $100 dollars from your score.

Unlucky 7s - Subtracts $300 from your score.

Lucky 3s - Adds $600 to your score.

Jackpot - Adds $500 to your score.

Semi-Jackpot - Adds $250 to your score.

Negativepot - Subtracts $250 from your score.

You Won 35 - Adds $35 to your score. (These happen pretty regularly.)

You Won 75 - Adds $75 to your score. (These happen pretty regularly.)

In SLOT-83, you win the game by raising your score to $1000 or above.
You lose by letting your score get below -$1000. By the way, there is a cheat
key in this program for all you people who want to show off to your friends that
you can win all of the time!!! However, I am not going to tell you what that key
is... you will just have to find out on your own! Have fun!

Ethan Gordon and Ryan Ours have no responsibility over what this program may
do on your calculator. We can, however, assure you that it has undergone a
significant amount of testing without a single bug (When run on a TI-83+).
If you should happen to find a bug or you wish to obtain a copy of the source code,
please notify Ryan at distancerunner@email.com or Ethan at quelkron@netzero.net.
Thank you again for downloading and playing SLOT-83! Have fun!
