The Penguins is one of the greatest games ever made for TI-83.

As ION is the most popular shell for TI-83 right now, and only TI-OS and AShell
versions of Penguins have been available so far, I ported Penguins to make it
compatible both with TI-83 and TI-83 Plus ION.

Also I optimized the code for speed and the game runs much faster and more smoothly.
Various size optimizations have also been done.
The game is now MirageOS compatible.

Since Penguins 2.0 was made long before TI-83 Plus I had to make some modifications
in level search on TI-83 Plus version of the game.
Due to this changes the old levels made for TI-83 are not compatible with TI-83 Plus version.
On TI-83 you can still use the old levels.
You can use a DOS utility Pengconv.exe included with Penguins level editor 2.1 to easily
convert TI-83 and TI-83 Plus levels to each others.

The readme file for AShell version by original author is included in zip file for reference.
