                                   Anarchy
                                   =======

Anarchy is an Elite-type game. The 'C' version exists in two views. One
is full screen and colour , the other one small and monochrome, to get
colour append type ANARCHY C, instead of just ANARCHY

Anarchy is being prototyped in 'C', for the PC, prior to conversion to
Z80 assembler code.

Anarchy takes place in a galaxy. Each galaxy is 12 x 8 sectors. Each sector
contains a sequence of bad guys, wanderers and convoys, leading up to
a docking ring. The amount of bad guys, types and so on is decided by
the planets Anarchy Level, from 1-8.

Your ship has a limited amount of energy, doubling as propulsion, weaponry
and shields. When it reaches zero, you blow up, escaping to the nearest
docking ring, keeping your cash, and claiming on insurance a basic
spacecraft. Craft can be upgraded with shields (5 levels) and lasers
(5 levels).

At each planet, you can buy missiles, recharge your fuel, and trade in
things. Basically, the higher the anarchy level, the more expensive things
are, though at low levels, things are unlikely to be available. Prices
stay the same. You make cash by blowing up ships (salvage) and trading, or
by completing missions. Missions just involve going from 1 sector to
another, but can be dressed up as trade or passenger missions. You get
more money the nastier the place you are going.
