To Install win95, run the setup program.  New additions 
to the program include the appliactions button for the 
start menu and returning to the desk top without having 
to regenerate new wallpaper.  There is one bug that will
be worked out. The bug has to do with deleting programs 
icons in windows.  When these are deleted, you cannot delete
the first icon or program until the rest of the items are
gone.  This should be fixed in a later version.
