Work started on lbramcal().

lbram() is created.
lbram() and lbramcal() are released on the Net.

lbramb() is created for users with ROM version 2.09.  Allows you to enter
values into the Request boxes without escaping string mode with an ALPHA press.

lbramcal() had issues doing intervals which weren't [0,b]... which means pretty
much everything was off.  Fixed 2 lines of code. Works like a charm.
