Introduction This program will calculate the iterates for any given equation in terms of x, with the number of iterates calculated limited only by available memory. II. System Requirements A TI-86 Approximately 891 bytes of memory free for the program itself, plus extra memory for variables created while the program is running. III. Running the Program First, send the program ITRTION.86p to your calculator via TI-Graph Link or equivalent. If this is your first time running the program, it will take about a minute while the calculator (parses, tokenizes, whatever it's called when a BASIC program is run for the first time) the program. Then, follow the onscreen prompts. Number of iterates, starting iterate and accuracy can be specified. The graph of the iterates can also be displayed. IV.
