Introduction Interest Calculator is a program that can calculate simple, compound and continuous interest, as well as the effective rate. II. System Requirements A TI-86 Approximately 913 bytes of free memory III. Running the Program First, send the program INTEREST.86p to your calculator via TI-Graph Link or equivalent. If this is your first time running the program, it will take about a minute while the calculator (parses, tokenizes, whatever it's called when a BASIC program is run for the first time) the program. Then follow the onscreen prompts. Please note that the interest rate should be inputted as n, where n is the interest rate, not as a percentage. IV.
