When you first fun this nice little prog it locks up your calc,
the default pass is [L] , [O] , [C] , [K]
your calc will lock up when you first run this prog,
hit [ON] then type the pass, if you mistype it, it will re-lock

when you enter the right pass, you will be presented with a menu

[F1] - Lock Calc
[F2] - Change Pass

when you change the pass just enter the new one don't enter
the old one unless you accidently push [F2] and don't want it 
to change.  Also your pass maybe anywhere from 0-12 buttons long.

[EXIT] will exit this prog when not locked

also there is no way out of this prog if you forget your pass and
lock the calc...so don't forget your pass.

also this code makes use of Doug Melton's password routine
which is used in a customized version of Cool Shell I made for
myself called Future O.S. v1.3
