Fixed a loop problem when adding a vector to the resultant.

Removal of unnecessary parentheses and quotes for smaller file size.

*****Description*****

VECTOR is used to find the X and Y components of two-dimensional vectors
as well as combine multiple vectors. It will also draw the original
vectors and graph their resultant vector if you choose to graph them. It
currently works in degrees, but I may add a radians mode.
