Description:
	-This program can quickly calculate the dot product of two vectors.  It's useful for doing matrix multiplications.

Instructions:
	-Enter vectors as lists, but without the list brackets "{".  For example, if you want to enter the vector <1,3,5> just type 1,3,5 and hit enter.
