Cell Table Readme

This program is not yet complete and will not be completed for a while.  I am putting all my programs on hold for a little while until I am ready to get back on my calculator with out being bored.  This is still fully functional, but you can have a max. of 10 data points.  You should figure out the cell part yourself.  Once you have defined all of your data points, press GRAPH to exit.  You then need to turn a plot on and use L1 as your X data and L2 as your Y data points and define all other settings.  The graphing will be able to be done from inside the program once completed.  All this will be simplified.  That's the only thing this lacks, simplification.
