Really, simple.  This program
is one of my first projects on 
the road to programming greatness.  This program makes an image flash on and off for a few seconds, with greater, and greater frequency.  Really neat for special effects.  Use it in whatever program you want.  Don't worry, I won't file a lawsuit if you don't give me credit.
Its as easy as 1, 2, 2.5, 3.

Step 1.  Download "strobe" to your TI83plus.  

Step 2.  Store the image you want as pic1.

Step 2.5 Set up pgrmSTROBE as subroutine in whatever pogram you may want to use it in.(You can just run it from the program menu if you aren't making a program.)

Step 3.  Run your program.
