Picture animator:
Picture animator does the same as flash message except
you enter a picture that can be a max of 5x5 and 
it is flashed around randomly on the screen.  
the program asks you to input the prgram one layer at a time ,
starting with the top layer, then the second, and so on to the fifth layer.  
you are also able to input the time the picture lasts.
