I didn't have any particular name for this, but I was bored one day and was reading the manual for omnicalc (crazy I know). After figuring out how to use the play() command and writing a couple of songs, I got to the part about fonts, proceeded to download the program, and spent an hour or so creating my font (pixel for pixel I might add) "DAVID" made by me, David. Crazy I know. A couple of weeks later I notice other fonts on ticalc, so I decide to upload.

Install is pretty much a no-brainer, send the program to your ti, load up omnicalc, go to font sets, set font "DAVID" active, and quit omnicalc. Enjoy the lovely eccentric font.

Never underestimate the power of boredom!

Oh yeah, in case you are completely incompetent and haven't figured it out yet, this is for the 83+ line (including 84+/SE) and runs alongside omnicalc. Like any other font, it will sit in with your programs as a protected program.
