To use Letter Grade Finder, enter your percentage as a whole number or
as a decimal.  You can also enter it as a fraction.

If you have over 100 percent and you enter it as a decimal or fraction,
it will consider it a whole number and say you received an F.

This program can be modified to fit your grading scale (enter lowest score possible
for that letter, A,B,C,D,F format)

The program will then tell you your letter grade.
This is version 1.0.  I hope to add GPA and other functions to this program as well.
