To do weighted lists (1-var) put the values in L1, and weights in L2.
Then do 1-Var Stats L1,L2.

For fractional weights just multiply them up to intgegers. No, TI-82 can't
handle fractional weights.

Use the same technique for 2-var. Put the lists in L1 and L2 and the weights
in L3. Do 2-Var Stats L1,L2,L3.
