One way is to use a circle with a diameter of 1.  Inscribe and exscribe a
square to the circle, and you know pi is inbetween the peremeters of the
circle.  Then you can uses a 6 sided figure for more acuracy and so on..
Thats a visual way to look at pi.  You can then come up with your own
algorithms to find pi.  I have not been told or thought up any algorithms.
