What do u mean with pull up resistors (hey, i'm 17!).

And they're connected like this:

RA0 ------------ 3.9k ------ to ti92+ white wire
RA1 ----------- 3.9k ------- to ti92+ red wire

GROUND ---------- 1k ------- to ti-92+ ground
