I do not think you will do much a 8 mW x-mitter.  just not enough power
to get beyond 10 yards.  also as i have said before 433.92 is right on
the common simplex TV freq. 434.25.  1 kW here will make this 
unusable.  not to mention CATV leakage from channel 59.  if you had a
more powerful x-mitter with around 100 mW out then it may work.  

This device is nothing more than a modulator with a SAW resonator.  no
pa circuit of any kind.


if you want one these very cheep go get a keyless entry x-mitter from a
car.  most of the time you can get these for free.
