I wen't to get rid of my PC. Hey, now as I think of
it, wasn't Grant a Mac fellow? I'm changing to Macs myself and was wondering if
he, or anyone else, had anything to say about the iMac DV se. I'll use the
machine primarily for creation of graphics and audio and this seems like an okay
choice for my usage and my price range. I'd rather take a 400Mhz G3 with 128Mb
of ram for the iMacs screen is a little small for graphics work (I' used to
1280x1024 on a 17" monitor) and also the G3 attracts me with it's expandability.
But as I'm not able to find a shop that still sells G3 workstations and the
availability of so new used Macs in Finland is very poor, it seems I'll have to
go for the iMac DV se.
