TI-H: Graph link not working
Hey all,
I wrote in a while back saying my $4.00 serial link wouldn't work. I
couldn't find any shielded wire. I'm just using two wires. Could that do it?
Plus, the schematics isn't very clear as to which wire goes to the tip of
the plug, and which goes to the base.
Plus, the voltage across the diode is backward. The ground on my serial port
is supplying close to 10v while pin 3 is sinking it. I switched around the
LED. Now the LED stays permanently on when plugged into the port. Still
doesn't work.
