TI-H: Re: OS OT

i'd do all these things but the problem is my computer is a stand alone no
connetion to any lines, and if i could get a phone line onto it still
wouldn't work cause everything is so messed up (the system) otherwise i
would go online and download BeOS and/or Linux and/or BSD right now also we
have no zip drive so the only way i can get anything downloaded from the
internet to my computer is a 1.44 disk which limits my possibilities by
alot (that's why i'm going to buy linux next time i go out). but i'm taking
as much input as possible from everyone for when i do get an upgrade (OS or
hardware either way i need one). otherways i'd be more helping but i'll
still contribute as much as i know.
from our experence with Norton there've been a few problems (quite a few) so
we just got rid of it formated the disks (when they were disks) for reuse.
the disks were good, but we've stayed away from norton.
