You just realized that the pentiums are dieing?
Intel started moving into the 64 bit market at least a year ago.
I've heard of 2 chips already on the market.
One's called Merced.
And Microsoft is making the new NT, oops I mean Windows 2k, compatible with 
64 bit chipsets.
