TI-H: 4bit DRAM

If we used 8bit DRAM it would suck too much power and take too long to
refresh...

So I'm going to use 4bit or 1bit dram. When you request a byte, it comes
back in 8 bit chunks, but you use 4bit drams...whatever... :)

Using little addon boards you select what kind of interface you want. If
you put an IDE board on it the AVR would notice and tell the calc... Same
with flash and other stuff...

I've found 128MByte flash chips. :] I think I'll see if bryans driver
will choke on it. :)
