Have you been puzzled about how to make DRAMs work?

Do you wish someone would make it easy for you? What about all
these different types of DRAMS? How can I use the kind of DRAM chips that
are cheap?
I have put my 17 years of design experience into a 74 page white paper on
just this subject. Every aspect of the design and implementation of DRAM
interfaces is covered, and applied to the Z80 microprocessor.
In the course of the discussion five application circuits are
designed, then analysed. A detailed section is included on how to succeed
in hand wiring a prototype board, or laying out a
PCB for DRAMs.

(If anyone can't read Postscript I can convert it to PDF.)

http://www.falstaff.demon.co.uk/giicm.html - This is supposed to have
something to do with DRAM's, but I can't get the page to load. Maybe the
server is down.

sDRAM - A company that sells DRAMS. There is tons of info here...

Now I'm going to get started with that AVR 8515 <-> DRAM interface! :)

Too bad I had to waste my entire day finding all of these sites! ;)
