Just curious.  Seems to be alot of off-topic babble.  Not really 
a problem for such a small list.

I was just asking in light of a recent occurance on a larger list
(several hundred members) where it was mentioned that the
list was for the discussion of the list topic, NOT for general
discussion by members that happened to be intrested in
the same topic.
